OUTFIT Who can use Outfit Maker?
The app is for people aged 13 and over. If you’re under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms. You must also meet any additional requirements that apply where you live.
A tool for your own wardrobe.
Outfit Maker helps you organize confirmed clothing, explore outfit combinations and plan what to wear. AI-generated garment information, images and outfit suggestions can be inaccurate. Review the results before relying on them. You decide which garments belong to you, whether details are correct and whether an outfit is suitable.
The app does not predict how clothing fits or drapes on your body. It does not guarantee a particular style result, image fidelity, time saving or financial saving. Website editorial examples and campaign imagery are illustrative, not customer results.
You must not use the service to submit unlawful content, violate another person’s rights, bypass membership limits, interfere with security or misuse the service. Give us permission to process only the images and information you are entitled to provide.
Membership and billing.
Personal AI styling, product photos and AI garment details require an active membership. Monthly and yearly plans are available at the price and terms shown by Apple before purchase. There is no free trial. Membership includes up to 150 new pieces per subscription month and three styling requests per day, subject to the applicable in-app offer.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your App Store account settings. Manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your wardrobe data does not cancel billing.
Apple handles payment and refund requests. See Apple’s cancellation guidance and Apple’s refund-request service. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Your content and permissions.
Your original photos remain on your iPhone. When you choose AI features, you authorize the processing described in the app and our privacy page to provide those features. You retain your rights in your own content. Do not include sensitive information in requests that is unnecessary for styling.
Outfit Maker’s design, software, text and supplied imagery are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Your right to use the app does not give you ownership of these materials.
The app’s license.
The iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different license is expressly shown in the App Store. These service terms explain the use of Outfit Maker and do not replace Apple’s standard license. Apple’s applicable store terms also govern purchases.
Availability and changes.
Availability varies by country and supported device. Features, supported versions and offers may evolve. We may update the service to maintain it, improve it, address security issues or comply with legal requirements. Access can be interrupted by maintenance or service failures; we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
If a material change affects paid access, we will communicate as required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
