Getting started.
Download Outfit Maker from the App Store on your iPhone. For help getting started, include the app version when you contact us.
How should I start my wardrobe?
Choose a few clear photos of clothes you wear regularly. Review the pieces the app finds and confirm what you own. Start with a useful small wardrobe rather than importing everything at once.
A piece was found incorrectly. What should I do?
Review and correct the selection and clothing details before continuing. Automated extraction and AI details can be wrong. You can add a piece manually when that works better.
Why does AI preparation need permission?
AI product photos and garment details use an approved garment cut-out outside your iPhone. Personal styling uses garment information, selected preferences and the text you send. You choose which work you allow. Your original photo is not uploaded for this process.
Membership and purchases.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions and select Outfit Maker. Manage or cancel the subscription there. Deleting Outfit Maker or deleting its data does not cancel billing. Apple’s subscription instructions.
How do I restore an existing purchase?
Use Restore purchases in Outfit Maker while signed into the Apple Account used for the purchase. If access is still missing, contact us with the app version and a description of the issue. Do not send your Apple password or payment-card details.
Can I request a refund?
Apple handles purchases and refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the purchasing Apple Account. Eligibility and refund decisions are handled by Apple under its terms and applicable law.
What are the membership limits?
Membership includes up to 150 new pieces per subscription month and three styling requests per day. Both monthly and yearly plans use these allowances. AI features have no free trial.
Your wardrobe data.
Use the app’s data controls to export your wardrobe, looks, plans, wear records and garment photos. Export creates a local file that you choose how to keep or share.
The deletion controls remove local app data and request deletion of prepared server data and the analytics identity. Server deletion needs a connection; an offline request waits until the device reconnects. Your Apple Photos library and Apple subscription are separate.
When you are signed in to iCloud, the app keeps a copy of your wardrobe in your own private iCloud, so a new iPhone or a reinstall can bring it back. To stop it, switch off Keep my wardrobe in iCloud in Settings › Your data and choose to keep or remove the copy. Delete all my data removes the iCloud copy too, the next time your iPhone is online. What the copy holds.
